three years ago, i was 100 pounds heavier than i am today. through the hero of quick weight loss center (i’ve got good things and bad things to say about them) and the magic of running, i shed those 100 pounds in seven short months. and since then, i’ve been able to keep it off (for the most part).

besides looking and feeling better, the best thing that came out of my weight loss journey is my love for working out – running, specifically. i love running. i love the freedom it gives me, i love the challenge it provides, i love the regularity of it. so i thought i would start a blog about it.
